Note: Below is a PDF copy of my letter to John Tory, Mayor of Toronto, Kathleen Wynne, Premier of Ontario and The Honourable Jody Wilson-Raybould Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada regarding the law proposal of the use of euthanasia and assisted-suicide in Canada. Dear….. has been changed to “To whom it may concern.” My letter is inspired from Cardinal Thomas Collins’ statement on the use of euthanasia and assisted suicide on March 1, 2016. My reasons for the opposition of this new law is based on the Catholic Church’s teachings (mainly the Catechism of the Catholic Church), religion’s teachings in general, the role of doctors, people’s taxes and immigration. These points are all explained in the letter.
